Gone are the days of standardized elementary school art projects to ensure that mothers everywhere get a handmade cards, picture frames and pasta necklaces come Mother’s Day. No, now it’s time to step it up. Take Mom out for a nice meal, pick up some flowers. Here’s where to go:

Brunch will include selections of fresh fruit, gruyere quiche, fresh oysters, jumbo shrimp cocktails, sliced gravlax, salads, dim sum, a carving station and a hand-crafted pasta station. Brunch is $110 per person ($35 for children), and wine tasting is an additional $20 per person.
