Stream Lucy's "Banality of Evil"

Earlier this month, Stroboscopic Artefacts labelhead Lucy came out with his most recent EP, Banality of Evil. For the past few years, Stroboscopic Artefacts has been emerging as a prominent label for underground leftfield techno, mixing up elements from dub and ambient to harder and darker styles with the likes of artists such as Xhin, Dadub, and Perc.

For Banality of Evil, Lucy draws on ideas from Hannah Arendt on conformity and totalitarianism. What results is the sort of eerie and heavy atmosphere Lucy has become known for since the release of his 2011 LP, Wordplay for Working Bees.

This EP is now available on Lucy’s Soundcloud below.
