Looking for a dinner field trip outside San Francisco? Consider Arya Global Cuisine, the new Persian/Italian/American fusion restaurant that just opened in downtown Redwood City.

How do Persian, Italian and American cuisines come together, you might ask. Well the chef, Mohsen Hashemi, is a native of Iran but spent several years in Florence before relocating to California. Chef Hashemi opened the Cupertino location of Arya Global Cuisine a few years and has won several awards for his creative culinary skills.
