Limp Bizkit Signs with Cash Money

Is the world ready for more Limp Bizkit? Apparently Cash Money record label honcho Bryan “Birdman” Williams thinks so. The nausea-inducing 90s rap-rock outfit just signed with the label, home to Lil’ Wayne, Drake and Nicki Minaj, and a collaboration with Lil Wayne is rumored to be in the works.

Limp Bizkit frontman Fred Durst wrote on Twitter about the band’s signing with Cash Money, “The game is missing danger, electricity and rock n roll!!!!”. Sounds about as thrilling as Wayne’s failed attempt at rock ‘n’ roll last year with Rebirth.

Though the band has yet to announce any news regarding a new album, it is likely that the nu-metal rockers will be throwing a curve ball as they help to expand the Cash Money’s reach into other genres.
