Off the Grid Expands to Proxy in Hayes Valley
The Off the Grid mobile food vendor empire continues to expand in 2012 with the introduction of Off the Grid: Proxy.
The event on Wednesday night runs from 5pm-8pm at the Proxy lot on Linden and Octavia in Hayes Valley. That includes live music from 6-7:30.
Three trucks are scheduled to appear (The Chairman, Senor Sisig and Curry Up Now) along with the businesses that are already part of the project: Smitten Ice Cream, Ritual Roasters, Avedano’s Meat Wagon and the Biergarten.
With the popularity of the existing businesses, expect this Off the Grid to have plenty of other trucks sign up in the near future.
