Dominus Wine Dinner

Time for another fancy wine and fancy dinner event. On Tuesday, December 20, the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco will be hosting the Dominus Wine Dinner, a five-course dinner with wine pairings from Dominus Estates.

The elaborate dinner will include:

  • American caviar, egg “separated”, brioche paired with Louis Roederer;
  • Seared Royal sweet scallops with parsnips, foie gras, white grape, and chive paired with 2005 Dominus
  • Smoked squab breast with a braised leg and thigh raviolo, with squash, and black garlic paired with 2007 Dominus
  • Dark chocolate mousse, with candied hazelnuts, and black currant sorbet paired with Ramos Pinto Port

Dinner will be held from 6pm to 9:30pm and reservations are required. Dinner is $175 per person, excluding taxes and gratuities.
