Although Halloween is not an official holiday, it is one of the most highly-anticipated days of the year for millions of kids as they get their sugar fix in one night. But that doesn’t mean grown-ups can’t join in on the fun.

I think it is utterly impossible for us not to grab a candy bar or two (or more) from our kid’s grab bag of goodies or from a younger sibling or even that extra bag that you stashed away when buying candy this year.

So all this got me thinking: what is your favorite candy to munch on? I’m not much of a sweet tooth, although you could never tell from the amount of desserts and ice cream I usually eat when dining in the Bay Area. But I must admit that I am always a sucker for Reese’s Pieces and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. There are a bunch of others that I didn’t mind, but those would usually be the first ones I separated out of the pile.

My least favorite? Probably Tootsie Rolls or Tootsie Pops. They just never did anything for me.
