Theater: Savage Limbo, Cat Lady & ABADA-Capoeira

This week, take a play-ful look into life, the lives of cat ladies, and at 20 years of Afro-Brazilian culture in SF.

Savage in Limbo takes the stage this Wednesday (through Saturday December 17) at the Actor’s Theatre. Set in the Bronx, four former grade school classmates shoot the shit and talk life, in this funny and poignant play.

Oh, cat ladies of the world. This Friday, Cat Lady premiers at ODC Theater. See if the sparks fly between two classic cat ladies and two male pick up artists in this hilarious multi-media production.

This Sunday, celebrate the 20th Anniversary of ABADA-Capoeira, a local non-profit organization that preserves Afro-Brazilian culture. The festivities begin with the Batizado and Troca de Cordas Graduation Ceremony at the ACSF Brazilian Arts, and ends with an after party.
