Deli Board Finds a New Home

Fans of Deli Board‘s sandwiches finally get to rejoice, now that they can have a place to sit down.

Adam Mesnick’s catering service recently opened a new SoMa shop just a few blocks away from their old warehouse kitchen. There’s no sign on the storefront, so it could be easy to miss. Located two doors down from the Extreme Pizza place.

If you’ve never tried their sandwiches before, then you’ve been missing out. It’s the closest thing you can get in the city, to the type of sandwiches found in an East Coast deli shop.

These sandwiches are huge, and overloaded with thinly sliced meats (pastrami, corned beef, turkey, brisket, etc.). In my opinion one sandwich is enough for two people, but that depends on each person’s apetite.

You can design your own sandwich for $8, or pick one of their signature sandwich combinations ($8-$10). Salads ($5 small/ $9 regular) and a few soups of the day ($4 small/ $8 regular) round up the menu.

And don’t forget to checkout the specials of the day (aka. “The Board”).
