One of the most forward thinking and exciting venues in town, Public Works continuously provides quality events of all kinds. This Saturday, Sept 24 they celebrate 1 year of successful dance parties, benefits, and eclectic musical acts.

The music that made the venue what it has become is the true reason for celebration and the list of DJs performing Saturday is longer than your arm. Public Works has brought together an all-star cast including DISTRIKT’s Kramer, Icee Hot’s Shawn Reynaldo, No Way Back’s Solar, Afrolicious along with live percussion, all Public Works resident DJs, and so many more.

The best part – and an element of many Public Works events – is that donations for SF Smiles will get you a free cocktail while event proceeds will benefit local nonprofits Missiongraduates and 7 tepees.

RSVP for free entry before 10pm, $5 before 12am at this page. There will be copious drink specials and food trucks including the always favorite Grilled Cheese Guy.

Not just a place to dance the nights away, Public Works consistently delivers high quality artists, innovative events, and gives back to the community. There will be many more to come – happy 1 year anniversary and let’s celebrate!
