Throughout the rest of the year, the San Francisco Art Institute will be hosting a series of free lectures from visiting artists, global scholars and graduates from one of the nation’s oldest schools devoted to teaching contemporary art.

For the month of September, SFAI will feature a variety of creators from different genres from videography and photography to mixed-media visual artists as well as  curators from around the world.

This evening you can catch artist Amie Siegel who works with film, sound and writing. Other people in the art world you can check out this month include curator Jorge Fernandez Torres, filmmaker George Kuchar, artist and musician Eamon Ore-Giron and painter Yun-Fei Ji.
