Ryan Scott’s Food Empire Grows

As if Top Chef alum Ryan Scott doesn’t have enough on his busy plate, he announced recently on KGO Radio that he is adding a new truck to his stable of businesses.

Scott, who is currently working out of Bruno’s in the Mission, has a successful catering business, a weekend brunch at Bruno’s called Brunch Drunk Love, has created the menu for the Pico de Gap food truck and is running his own 3-SUM EATS truck.

Since 3-SUM EATS makes over 10 stops a week, Scott has purchased another food truck, which expects to launch later this month. He said on KGO that this will allow him to venture to more places and give the truck a bit more freedom.

Mac n' Cheese Spring Rolls

By the way, if you haven’t tried 3-SUM EATS yet, what are you waiting for? With items like a cornflake-crusted fried chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, mac n’ cheese spring rolls, deviled eggs and house-made Twinkies, how can you really go wrong?
