If you didn’t make it to the epic, three-day festival/giant music party in Golden Gate Park this year, you missed more than just a bunch of really awesome bands. This year Juxtapoz Magazine was the official art curator of the event and gathered a handful of cool artists to provide the visuals for a jam-packed weekend.

Over its 16-year run, Juxtapoz has become an authority on introducing innovative artists and sharing groundbreaking visual art from around the globe. For Outside Lands, the publication had live painters including Sam Mendes, Nate Van Dyke, Skinner and other surprise guests. They also had installations and other “original experiential creations” from some of their favorite artists like Mike Shine, Monica Canilao, Nicholas Krusyk and Tiffany Bozic.
