Outside Lands: Day 2 Roundup

The day 2 Outside Lands schedule was rock-heavy and full of energizing live sets from several major bands.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis started off the big stage with a bang – the rapper-dj duo and their backup trumpet player, violinist, and vocalist had the entire crowd dancing and singing along very early in the day.

Award of the day for best crowd interaction goes to The Stone Foxes who brought silliness as well as their timeless jams and local vibes to the Sutro Stage.

Early evening the Arctic Monkeys hit the main stage and started off slow with their newer tracks but eventually got into the older songs and the crowd instantly got active.

Crowds flooded to the far Twin Peaks stage for STRFKR but quickly realized that they are much better inside a recording studio than live on stage.

Muse put on a live show late night on the main stage with killer lighting effects – a true rock and roll performance.
