Wednesday is Grilled Cheese Night

Tuesdays have gotten a lot of press for their tacos but what about Wednesday night? Well, at Brick and Bottle, you can now nab yourself a grilled cheese.

Showcasing a changing grilled cheese sandwich with a different type of cheese each week, the menu includes an artisan grilled cheese sandwich, a cup of soup, and a choice of salad or French fries for only $15. Hm, not as good as $5 for a taco and a Tecate, but not a bad deal.

The Grilled Cheese Menu debuts next Wednesday, July 27th and will be featuring an American Prosciutto sandwich with wild mushrooms, gruyere, fried egg, sage.

And here’s what you can expect for the rest of the summer:

Wednesday, August 3rd

House Mozzarella

(Tomato Jam, Olives, Roasted Peppers, Salsa Verde)

Wednesday, August 10th

Burrata

(Spinach, Truffle oil, Poached Egg, Parsley Salad)

Wednesday, August 17th

Sonoma White Cheddar

(Heirloom Tomato, Smoked Bacon, Crystal Hot Sauce)

The only drawback is that Brick and Bottle isn’t in San Francisco but over the bridge in Corte Madera. But hopefully this trend will catch on in SF…
