Nasir Jones is back and he brought his Illmatic flow back with him. If you ask anybody on the street about Nas, they should reply “Top 5 rappers dead or alive”.

Nas had a great year last year, headlining the annual hip hop showcase Rock The Bells (he plans to perform Illmatic in its entirety), performing at this years Coachella, and releasing the critically acclaimed collaboration album with Damien Marley, Distant Relatives.

He’s  showing no signs of slowing down with “Nasty,” the first single of his forthcoming album Life is Good.  In fact, he shows that he’s a more grown and mature artist with the same raw intensity of his early work. Listen below:
