E-Waste Cycling Push

There are still a few more days to get rid of that junky television set crowding the garage, the pile of defunct cell phones you have in your desk drawer and any old computers and laptops you have. GreenCitizen is offering free electronics/e-waste recycling at its Howard Street location through May 31st.

GreenCitizen is celebrating its 6th anniversary in the Bay Area and in honor they’re accepting a wide array of electronic goods at their recycling locations in SF, Palo Alto, Burlingame and Berkeley.

According to organizers, these are some of the items they will taking in: monitors and television sets, desktop and laptop computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, home entertainment and stereo equipment, cell phones, answering machines and microwave ovens; also smaller items like printer cartridges, CDs and DVDs. A complete list can be found on their website here.
