Usually known for his offal cooking, Incanto Chef Chris Cosentino is taking it to the farms on Mondays through the first part of the year.

The Italian eatery in Noe Valley has teamed up with local farmers Julia Wiley and Andy Griffin of the Mariquita Farm near Watsonville. Each Monday till the first day of spring, the restaurant is offering a Mariquita Monday Menu.

It features three-courses: an appetizer, entrée and dessert for $29 per person. It will have the best offerings from Mariquita “served in the Incanto way.”

Mariquita Farm is family-owned and specializes in organic vegetables, greens, strawberries and herbs.
