Inspired by Piemonte’s traditional “The Battle of the Oranges” festival, Perbacco Executive Chef Staffan Terje has created a menu dedicated to the citrus fruit.

The four-course citrus menu will be offered from February 11-14 at $65 per person.

Terje’s menu showcases grapefruit, blood oranges, Cara Cara orange and lemons.

Perbacco’s normal a la carte menu will also be available during the nights of the citrus menu.
