Pure Dark, a chocolate brand specializing in artisanal dark chocolate, has just opened a pop-up in the Marina. They are calling it an “experience store”. Is that like a fake store? Whatever the case, the chocolates – handcrafted in small batches and sold in either inch-thick slabs, chunky bark, rich rounds, or as dipped fruits and nuts – look absolutely decadent.
