Get those cameras out! The San Francisco Botanical Garden Society is hosting a photo contest – open from December 21st through February 18th – challenging “photographers to catch the Garden’s beauty in the winter light.” Winners will receive “valuable awards, exhibition in the Hall of Flowers Gallery, and of course, bragging rights for the best photos of the San Francisco Botanical Garden’s winter season.”

Submissions will be judged by acclaimed photographer Saxon Holt (yes, that’s an actual name and not a fictional character from a romance novel). There is a $10 entry fee.
