We all know about the Crossfit Games, yet we all can't deadlift 200lbs after doing 50 jumping jacks with a dumbell hanging off our waist. Actually, that last statement may not be real, but this isn't the CrossFit Games or hybrid of it. This is a pure fitness competition for the everyday athlete or wannabe.
You will compete in 10 events. You'll then have the joy of having a social afternoon with friends and happy folks after challenging your fellow San Franciscan family driven event.
