19th Annual Kentucky Derby Gala

Grab your finest hat and head down to the 19th Annual Kentucky Derby Gala on Saturday, March 23rd at the Meritage Resort, one of Napa Valley’s most anticipated events of the year! Feel like you are at Churchill Downs with an evening full of exciting festivities, all to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Napa Valley.
Guests will start off the evening with a cocktail reception, hors d'oeuvres, and silent auction, followed by a gourmet sit down three-course dinner catered by the Meritage Resort culinary team. The highlight of the evening will be three televised horse races where you can buy raffle tickets to bet on the winning horse in each race. There will also be an opportunity to participate in a first-class live auction with Fund a Need, and a chance to win items such as a private day for 20 guests at the Napa Valley Golf Course, which includes dinner prepared by celebrity chef Greg Cole, a walk-on movie role on location in New Orleans (also known as “Hollywood South”), a 3-night stay at Villa de Los Luenos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and much more. Rounding off the festivities is dancing and live music by the award winning B Sharps.
The mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is to enable all young people, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. We serve over 1,100 Napa and American Canyon youth every day after school at our Napa Clubhouse, American Canyon Clubhouse, Club 1515 Teen Center, and 8 additional school-based locations.
