Basics 7: Roasting & Broiling
Basics 8: Grilling
Basics 9: Quick Breads and Batters
Basics 10: Yeast Breads and Doughs taught by master baker, Michael Kalanty
Basics 11: Pasta, Starches & Grains
Basics 12: Iron Chef

Every student in the Series is allowed to make-up one excused absence. There is a fee of $75 to make up any classes beyond each student’s one excused absence.
In the event of a scheduling conflict, we may hold a class at our Berkeley kitchen. Advance notice will be given.
