As part of the 11th Annual International Day of Peace Festival, Albert Flynn DeSilver who facilitated a beautiful writing workshop last year, is offering up a free Meditation workshop this year. Albert studied for many years a Spirit Rock and will bring his years of personal practice to lead us through a guided meditation on how to cultivate inner peace.
