The Carnivore’s Manifesto Reception, Performance, & Four Course Feast
To celebrate the launch of Heritage Foods’ new book The Carnivore’s Manifesto, Americano Restaurant at Hotel Vitale will host a special reception with Patrick Martins, the book’s author and a founder of Slow Food USA, Heritage Foods USA, and Heritage Radio Network. Following the reception at which guests will enjoy meaty treats, wine, and a musical performance on Americano’s outdoor patio overlooking the Ferry Plaza, Americano’s acclaimed culinary team will prepare a meat lover’s four-course tasting menu featuring heritage breed chicken, lamb, pork, and beef from Heritage Foods USA.
Guests will have the opportunity to learn more about the sustainable food movement at this first stop on The Carnivore’s Manifesto’s Bay Area book tour. Space is extremely limited and reservations are required.
