Haute Cuisine By Frank Otte. I am chef for hire. I have a 15 year cooking education encompassing many styles. From very classic French to exotic Pacific rim and California cuisine. I am well traveled and trained by some of the worlds best. I spent 13 months in Europe training after my formal Bay area culinary education. I have managed some of the countries top kitchens and am now spreading my wings as self employed chef for hire. From intimate parties of 2 to large events i can customize and cater your menu exactly as you wish. Wine paring dinners, weekly delivered family meals or? I am available for one on one lessons as well as group and party demonstrations and interactive fun lessons. I do have a primary customer that I cook for however i do have a large amount of free time that i would like to spend cooking for a few more customers.
