KSW (SF), Kundiman (NYC), and the Twin Cities Asian American Literary Community present a live interactive experience as we honor together, via conference, two Asian American literary giants from each city. Honorees from San Francisco include the beloved poet of Manilatown, Al Robles, and KSW Press author, Jeff Tagami. Live readings by Shirley Ancheta (Without Names, KSW Press), Jason Bayani (KSW Program Manager and author of Amulet, Write Bloody Press), Jade Cho (CalSlam), and Caitlyn Clark (2014 Youth Speaks Grand Slam Champion). New wave jazz sensation, Karl Evangelista, will perform and a political poster exhibition curated by Leon Sun will be on display.
