SF International Chocolate Salon Returns March 27

It’s about to get decadent this weekend at Fort Mason with the return of the SF International Chocolate Salon on March 27.

Attendees at the festival of chocolate this year will sample a bevy of sweets produced by master chocolatiers and confectionaires while wine makers and artisanal food producers provide options between the sweets.

Throughout the day, experts will present on a variety of topics related to chocolate. Scheduled events include a class on pairing wine with chocolate taught by Leslie Sbrocco, host of Check Please Bay Area, a recipe demonstration for winning chocolate mousse from Heinz Rimann of The Tearoom Chocolate, and an introduction to evaluating aroma led by Tama Blough, senior editor at CaFleureBon.com.

Advance tickets are available online and at the door. More info.
