Hanukkah is almost here, and Chef Jeff Banker of Baker & Banker is calling on old family recipes for the annual four-course Hanukkah tasting menu.
From December 11 through 16, visit Baker & Banker for a $55 prix-fixe menu inspired by Chef Banker’s mother’s cooking. It’s a solid look into traditional Jewish cuisine, featuring all the highlights. Here’s what you can expect:
- Chicken matzo ball soup
- House smoked trout, potato latke, horseradish cream, pickled beets, shaved fennel
- Beef Brisket pot au feu
- Apple cake
- Sorbet and amuse bouche courses
All items will be available a la carte as well, with wine pairings offered for $35. Dreidels not included.
