A Temporary Offering Arrives in Mid-Market

The buzzy mid-Market renovation just got a little more exciting with the opening of A Temporary Offering (ATO), a three-venue pop-up concept housing exciting new eating, drinking and shopping destinations.

The Kor Group purchased the historic Renoir Hotel at 7th Street and Market in February, and have big plans for the space. Kor was one of the first developers to get into the vacant spaces in downtown LA and converted them into retail and residential spaces; anyone familiar with their work there can hope for the same in San Francisco.

ATO consists of three pieces: a restaurant and commercial kitchen space called Food Lab; a bar called Rio Grande created by The Bon Vivants; and a retail space called Trailheads, a satellite retail project of the Luggage Store Gallery, selling high-end denim, art work and more.

Check out ATO on the ground floor of the Renoir Hotel at 7th Street and Market, and stay tuned for more news on the venues.
