Not getting 49ers or Raiders fever? Not a hockey fan? Bummed out about the NBA lockout. Those needing a San Francisco Giants fix have nothing to worry about as the team has announced its promotional giveaway schedule for the 2012 season.

Individual game tickets go on sale for a limited time beginning on November 25. And while the bobblehead days are especially popular (this year’s collection will feature Sergio Romo on May 5, a TBA member of the 2002 World Series team on July 1, Madison Bumgarner on July 15 and Pablo Sandoval on August 26), there are plenty of other interesting giveaways.

The one that really stood out to me is the Brian Wilson garden gnome giveaway on May 20. Just the idea of putting up a gnome in front of your house that looks like Brian Wilson makes me laugh. The team will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Giants 2002 World Series team with a special on-field ceremony on July 1.

There are also a number of kids-only giveaways on the docket, including a Tim Lincecum wall sticker, a Giants super hero cape and a Giants gym bag.

The Giants open the 2012 home schedule the week of April 13-18, as they will host the Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies at AT&T Park.

Again, the Giants will be offering single game tickets beginning on November 25 at 10:00 a.m. for all regular season home games, excluding opening day. Tickets will be on sale until December 24 and if there are remaining seats available, they will go back on sale starting in early February.
