Millennium to Host 1st Sparkling Wine Dinner

San Francisco’s vegan/vegetarian stalwart Millennium is celebrating the start of the warm spring weather (at least we hope if gets warm) with its first-ever Sparkling Wine Dinner.

Millennium’s Wine Director Chris Tavelli is partnering with Farm Wine Imports and chef Eric Tucker for a five course prix fixe menu on Tuesday night. The dinner costs $85 per person before tax and gratuity and begins with a wine reception at 6:00 p.m.

Farm Wine Imports was selected because as the restaurant said, its portfolio “compromises wine producers who are committed to using indigenous varieties and practicing non-interventionist viticulture.”

The Sparkling Wine Dinner will be held in Millennium’s private wine room and space is limited. If you’re interested, you can call Alison at (415) 345-3900 x13 for reservations.
