18 Reasons is offering a great class next Saturday (quick, get your tickets!) on Asian cooking to be taught by Thy Tran. The class, A Sensory Feast Workshop #3: TASTE, “will introduce you to fundamental ingredients in South East Asian pantries”.
The two-hour workshop is $35 and at the end of class you get to slurp up noodles using various dipping sauces that you have concocted.
