Both of these ladies were born in Atlantic City, NJ which explains a lot. Their father is a musician and was the Director of Entertainment at the Golden Nugget in AC's 80s hay day. They grew up around serious talent, even kicking it with the Rat Pack at early ages.

They moved to California before they were in New Jersey long enough to develop accents and became best friends early on. As kids, they made up many dance routines to Ace of Base's "The Sign" album and religiously listened to TLC's "Crazy Sexy Cool", even dressing like the group one year for Halloween. Between their mother and father, parents with a nearly 20-year age difference, they were exposed to a broad range of musical tastes.

Their musical style varies from dance floor to dance floor; house, disco, techno and sweet ass funk have been known to weave their ways in with little surprise visits from 80s pop/electro and 90s R&B. In only a couple years of DJing, they've played alongside some of the industry's finest, including Soul Clap, Mr. C, Crazy P, Climbers and Lee Foss.

Lisbona's party brand, Stretch Sunday, has taken the globe by storm with spandex-fueled antics since its founding in 2012.

These sisters are all love and fun--with just the slightest edge of sneaky shenanigans--always keeping their friends and audiences ready for MORE LISBONA!

Silky Thunder

No, that's not the stage name of an 80's porn star, but that is Micah Byrnes' and Tobin Ellsworth's favorite genre of adult films to watch together. It's also the appellation of their dynamic DJ duo. Their partnership began a few years ago at a Disco Cabana party, where the pair ended up unexpectedly tagging behind the decks. The set was unequivocally goosebump-inducing, met with rave reviews from all the ravers. At that moment, they knew they were on to something. On that fateful day, the two audiophiles got ridiculously tipsy and found their groove through a shared love of funky, fun, frivolous vibes...and Fernet. After closing out their electric set, the tipsy twosome came up with a hilarious moniker. Unfortunately this name was never recorded...and never remembered. "Silky Thunder" is the closest approximation of this earth-shattering epithet they could recall....and it stuck. Now the pair snuggle up behind the decks on the regular, pumping out sets that keep the dance floor swaying and swerving for hours on end. Utilizing live sampling and an eclectic blend of disco, deep house, tech house, and other genres you've probably never heard of, Silky Thunder draws its fans into the groove and makes them loose themselves in the funk. If Silky Thunder was a food, it would be a burrito: delicious, satisfying, and it makes you tired when you're done. What more could you possibly want?

Henry Navarro (Who We Are, Lookbook Recordings)

Joseph Lee (Who We Are, Robokart Sf)

As a 20 year resident DJ of San Francisco's notorious club scene, Joseph Lee has delighted dance-floor revelers from S.F. and beyond. From early morning sunrise sets at Burning Man, to outdoor day parties in the park and street fairs, all the way to '4 on the floor ' late night after hours... "Any time, is a good time , for Deep House". If you haven't yet experienced his masterful blend of hypnotic deep, sexy, tech-house with warm bass-lines, J-Lee has saved you a spot on the dance-floor.

Shiva Tiffany (Who We Are)
