For nearly twenty years, a Willow Glen tradition. This is where it all began.
We cook in a real wood-fired oven with almond wood. We make authentic Italian pizza dough with imported "00" flour. We use 100 percent Black Angus ground chuck from Creekstone®. Our homemade honey wheat bread is baked throughout the day. Our salad dressings are homemade with olive oil and fresh herbs. Real almond wood is used to fire our rotisserie chicken. Our California pizza dough is made daily with honey and three types of flour.
