Wellness Wednesday at The Ferry Building

Wellness Wednesdays, a partnership with health and wellness app MINDBODY, returns January 22 - May 6 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The series offers free fitness classes each week - including yoga, power yoga, and Jiu Jitsu - led by instructors from studios like Atma Yoga, Baptiste Power Yoga, and Bay Jiu Jitsu. Registration is available via the MINDBODY app and drop-ins are welcome until classes reach capacity.
