Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, and friction to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this bodywork are wide-ranging and include reduction of inflammation, boosts to the immune system, increase range of motion, enhanced mental clarity, reduction of depression and anxiety, and release of "feel-good" hormones which encourage deep and peaceful sleep.

Deep Tissue is detailed work that releases the chronic tension of adhesion's (knots), breaks up scar tissue (realigning them) and rehabilitate injured muscles. It employs the use of fists, forearms, elbows, and thumbs with slow strokes around bone, cartilage, muscle attachments and ligaments. Its purpose is to work directly with the muscle and can be received with or without the use of oils or cream. It greatly benefits athletes, commuters and desk workers by breaking down tension in the body, increasing circulation, and addressing skeletal/postural issues.
