The Pilates Studio of Carmel offers a variety of complete training programs utilizing the Pilates-designed Reformer and Trapeze machines. The movements work the deeper structural muscles as well as superficial muscles to increase strength, achieve fluid movement, increase body awareness and improve postural alignment and breath control. The Pilates programs are non-impact, balanced systems that work as well for the elite athlete as they do for those starting a new exercise regimen. Instructor Cathy Zisman is a certified fitness trainer with fitness experience spanning over 20 years.
