The Last Unicorn on the big screen!

Come to a special family-friendly event this weekend - a screening of the classic 1982 animated film The Last Unicorn at the Castro Theater in San Francisco on Saturday, April 20th! Tickets are only $8.50, and the proceeds benefit the Cartoon Art Museum. Doors open at 11am, show starts at noon.
The author Peter S. Beagle will be there in person to celebrate his 74th birthday - we will have a Q&A session, "book singing" as well as book signing, costumes, raffles, gift bags, and a pop-up market. There will even be a two-person unicorn costume roaming about!
Later in the evening there's a whole birthday party with cake and Peter reading a new Schmendrick story in the evening at the Museum itself, with tickets starting at $25. http://www.conlanpress.com/html/news.html
