San Francisco’s annual Jewish Christmas tradition, Kung Pao Kosher Comedy™ celebrates it 25th Anniversary on December 23 thru December 25!
The legendary Jewish-comedy-on-Christmas-in-a-Chinese-restaurant extravaganza has been featuring household name Jewish comedians and Yiddish proverbs in its fortune cookies for over two decades.
Kung Pao is San Francisco's longest-running comedy show and caters to 2200 people annually.
Taking place over the course of 3 days during Christmas with 2 shows a day, it’s the brainchild of San Francisco-based comedian, Lisa Geduldig, and solves the age-old question, “What are Jews supposed to do on Christmas?”
This year, Kung Pao features a BEST OF with 3 headliners:
Cathy Ladman (one of the country's top comedians, The Tonight Show nine times, the last two Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show Anniversary shows, TV credits: Mad Men, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Everybody Loves Raymond)
Gary Gulman (has performed on every late night comedy show, his comedy special, Gary Gulman: In This Economy? is one of the 5 best comedy specials currently airing on Netflix)
Wendy Liebman (Carson, Letterman, Leno, Fallon, Kimmel, Ferguson, Hollywood Squares, HBO, Comedy Central, and Showtime specials, America's Got Talent Semi-Finalist) and Lisa Geduldig (Kung Pao creator).
Partial proceeds benefit:
JFCS Sonoma County North Bay Fire Relief and JCC Puerto Rico Hurricane Maria Relief Fund
