Your hosts are Anne O'Brien, an independent yoga teacher and seasoned yoga business alumna, and Heather Haxo Phillips, an Iyengar yoga teacher and small business owner. Both Anne and Heather are board members of the Iyengar Yoga Association of Northern California.
