Han Yuan, Senior VP of Engineering, Upwork
Han leads the engineering team at Upwork, where he oversees the company’s online platform as well as a distributed technical team of more than 300 people who power it. He is also part of the Forbes Technology Council, an organization of elite senior tech executives. Prior to joining Upwork, Han built and led engineering teams at eBay and Netflix, focusing on mobile and business incubation. He began his career in the enterprise startup space and was co-founder of buddystumbler.com.
Han holds both a B.S. and M.S. in industrial engineering and operations research from UC Berkeley and also has five patents that span the gamut from financial close automation to contextual e-commerce.
Radha Shenoy, Director of Product Engineering, TuneIn
Radha Shenoy is a Director of Product Engineering at TuneIn. She is a strong leader who manages a great team of backend, client-side, mobile, and testing teams that help deliver solutions aligned with business requirements of the company. In addition to managing a global team of engineers, she works closely with CTO, CMO, BI teams, and Partners to help define and execute on our technology, architectural, and product goals. Prior to that, Radha was Director of Engineering at Zinio ( a magazine subscription company).
Catherine Casuga, Operating Partner, Khosla Ventures (To be confirmed)
Catherine is a recruiting leader with knowledge in tech talent acquisition, managing staffing teams, and scaling recruiting operations for success. At Khosla Ventures, she helps CEOs/entrepreneurs and leaders solve recruiting problems every day. Her goal is to provide functional knowledge that helps tech companies quickly grow and scale in the SF Bay Area.
Prior to the VC world, she spent several years recruiting engineering talent to join Google HQ, and later, she led a team of engineering recruiters through Google's most rapid growth period. Her key deliverables during the last few years at Google included growing the Geo/Maps division, leading a team of 40+ tech recruiters, and managing global hiring programs.
