As long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the show, you can either receive a full refund of the ticket price back to your original form of payment, or we can issue you a credit good towards tickets to a future show (up to 1 year) for the date/time of your choice. Simply fill out the refund request form on Eventbrite. It's your choice!
If you aren't able to let us know you can't make it until the day of the show then we are happy to issue you a credit towards tickets to a future show of your choice good for up to 1 year as long as you notify us prior to the shows' starting time.
Please note that in most cases Eventbrite's fees are non-refundable, so they won't be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is canceled, or if the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase.
