Day Two -  Both Clinicians and Surgical Assistants (staff attend separate lecture)

Model procedures 
Review surgical tray and sterilization process 
Live Surgery Video with Q/A Incision, flap reflection,alveoloplasty, osteotomy, grafting (soft and hard tissue), suturing   
Postoperative treatment
Uncovering of implant fixtures 
Impressions or scans 
Seating and cementation

Day Two -  For Hygienists and Front Desk Staff

Learn to utilize implant videos with patients, and letters of recommendations from other patients
Confidently discuss dental implants as a beneficial treatment option, including the procedure’s pros and cons
and benefits to quality of life
Review ALL of the steps of the patient's implant restoration
Effectively transition the patient from the initial interview to the implant treatment plan discussion
Learn to present a case plan, fee structure, insurance support and alternative financing
Understand patient scheduling, review of preoperative medication, and instructions and postoperative care
