Liberation Park - Black Cultural Zone

Liberation Park is not a traditional park with grass, dog runs and playgrounds. It's a vacant plot of land that is now a community open space in partnership with local nonprofits in East Oakland. (East Oakland Black Cultural Zone Collaborative).
