Katsu Los Gatos features top-quality fresh ingredients designed into inventive dishes resulting in a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Chef Katsuhiko Hanamure (Katsu) leads the culinary staff in developing a menu served a la carte or omakase style.
The omakase menu, in which diners entrust Chef Katsu to create individual dishes specifically for them, might include specialties such as spotted prawn with caviar, fire-kissed sashimi, oyster wrapped in philo, yellow tail sashimi with Jalapeno, or an uni champagne shooter.
The bar features cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices, top-rated wines and champagnes, three styles of Japanese whiskey, and the exclusive aged Flying Pegasus Sake, of which there are only 300 bottles produced annually.
The restaurant seats 72 guests. A private room for events is available. The full menu is offered for late night dining.
