Americano at Hotel Vitale presents its third annual Wild Foods Dinner, Thursday, June 6. Executive Chef Kory Stewart and foraging expert Connie Green will travel to the Sierras to gather wild ingredients for Stewart’s four-course menu, most likely to include wild porcini and morel mushrooms, ramps, local King salmon, elderflowers, elderberries, and more vegetation, fish and meat. The evening begins with a reception on Hotel Vitale’s Terrace, followed by dinner with wine pairings by Medlock Ames.
