Interdisciplinary (Hatha) yoga in a supportive, non-judging environment.
Students are encouraged to notice – and listen to – the sensations in their bodies as they experience each asana (posture). All asanas are presented with variations for intensifying or lessening physical sensation so that students may deepen their practice at their own pace.
Example of a typical class:
• Short centering meditation
• Conditioning (warm up)
• Asanas/vinyasa w/with optional hands-on assists (heat-building)
