Native plant garden with paths and benches surrounding the First Murphy House, built in 1902 by 17-year old Michael Murphy, who went on to become one of Carmel's greatest builders. Here you can enjoy a spectacular view of Carmel Bay. Public restrooms are located adjacent to the park. The Murphy House, now owned and maintained by the Carmel Heritage Society, is open to the public Wednesday - Sunday from 1:00 to 4pm.
